This is a request from Cardiff-based researcher Helen Boyce:
Are you interested in taking part in a research project about coeliac disease?
The research aims to find out whether dietitians gain knowledge of what it is like to live with coeliac disease, through their interaction with coeliac patients. The research started as a dissertation for my Masters degree at Cardiff University, but I am now conducting further research in order to get the results published.
Participating in the research involves answering a few questions via email about what it is like to live with coeliac disease and providing some basic demographic data.
You can participate in this research if you have coeliac disease, are over the age of 16 years old, and have been diagnosed by endoscopy (tube passed down the throat into the stomach and intestine) at least one year ago.
If you meet the criteria and would like to take part in the research, or would like more information, please reply to: BoyceHL@Cardiff.ac.uk
